A medical transport jet crashes in a San Diego neighborhood killing all on board.

Reports say a twin engine lear jet exploded upon impact leaving the El Cajon suburb scattered with fiery wreckage Monday evening.

Officials say there were no survivors aboard the air ambulance that seats up to eight passengers. Rain was reported in the area at the time of the crash but the cause of the crash remains under investigation.

Residents are saying the pilot died a hero for hitting the street miraculously not injuring anyone on the ground.

Just a few months ago another deadly plane crash happened in the area when a small plane crashed in to a Santee neighborhood killing the pilot and an UPS driver.
